Diary 1 - Dear Heart

Dear Heart,
I can feel your pains, I feel your hurt and I see the silent tears you shed. I know because you are mine. I see how the fear of being rejected destabilizes you. I know about how you fear the unknown and worry about uncertainties.


But I also know that you have great visions and plans that you will not let anything or anyone take away from you. I know your aspirations and dreams, and I know your passion for excellence.


Please my dear heart, 
Don't let the negatives out-rule the positives. 
Don't be so discouraged that you fail to appreciate the mercies of God upon your life. 
Don't look so much towards man that you lose focus on the things that really matter. 
Don't think about yourself too much that you forget to give yourself!!
My dear heart, Relax!!!

 Psalms 46:5, 7 (KJV) God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early. The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. When you carry God's presence, there's an air of peace that goes with you in every situation that you find yourself.   In the midst of whatever turmoil the world brings your way, you are not moved.  The challenges of today do not shake God's Kinda Girl because one thing is sure: GOD WILL HELP HER!! De-Stress!!!

Of late I've been thinking about a lot of things, mainly on what is really important in life. As a young lady I've known quite a few people that have passed on from this side of eternity, and it has made me wonder if life is worth it!! Why do we run around and hustle really hard for money when it can't buy us life when we need it? why do we spend our money on fancy clothes, shoes, cars, jewelries and perfumes if those things don't give us true relationships? Why do the people we love betray our trust? why does love hurt sometimes? why is life not as smooth as fairy tales and movies sometimes portray? why do those who really want stuff never get them, yet those who have them don't value what they have? why is there always a need for more?
